Strong Posts
W6”×4”×8.5 W-section steel posts for standard roadside installations. ASTM A36 structural steel. Galvanized per ASTM-123. Available in standard lengths with custom cutting on request.
Weak Posts
Weak posts designed to yield predictably during vehicle impact, managing barrier deflection per system design requirements. Available in W-section and other configurations to match your barrier system specifications.
Custom Post Cutting
Posts cut to specified lengths and punched with custom hole patterns to meet state-specific installation requirements. Contact us with your specifications.

Polymer Blocks
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or similar polymer blocks providing consistent, predictable performance. Will not rot, warp, or absorb moisture. Available in standard and high-performance grades to match your state’s specifications.
Wood Blocks
Pressure-treated lumber blocks for states and projects where wood blocks are specified. Available in standard dimensions meeting AASHTO requirements. All wood blocks are treated to resist moisture and decay.
Steel Blocks
Steel offset blocks for bridge rail and specialty applications requiring maximum strength and rigidity. Hot-dip galvanized for long-term corrosion resistance. Available in standard configurations.
Splice Hardware
Splice bolts, nuts, and washers for connecting guardrail panels end-to-end. Meets AASHTO M164 and ASTM A307 specifications. Available hot-dip galvanized per ASTM-153.
Block-to-Post Hardware
Bolts, nuts, and carriage hardware for attaching beam blocks to posts. Meets AASHTO specifications. Galvanized options available for enhanced corrosion resistance.
Rail-to-Block Hardware
Bolts, nuts, and washers for attaching W-Beam panels to beam blocks. All hardware meets or exceeds AASHTO and ASTM certification requirements.
Complete Hardware Kits
Pre-packaged hardware kits for complete guardrail installations. Specify your post spacing and panel configuration and we’ll provide everything you need for a complete installation.
Flared End Sections
Flared terminal end sections for use with end terminals including the SGET. Fabricated from W-Beam panel stock to match the gauge and coating of your guardrail system.
Transition Sections
W-beam to Thrie-beam transition sections for rail height changes and bridge approach transitions. Maintains structural continuity between barrier types. Available in standard and custom configurations.
